I had the pleasure of working with Brent and his co-workers with the remodel of my new location for Bling Queen Boutique on Draper St. in Kingsburg. What you can expect from Lunde Construction is an honest process built on open communications and Brent's industry knowledge that makes the construction process simplified. Lunde Construction and sub-contractors were very professional throughout the construction remodel. The sub-contractors he chose were scheduled and managed well. We were on a very tight timeline for completion and Brent finished our project early. My experience with Brent & Lunde Construction was my first but it won't be my last. Don & I want to thank you for remodeling our master bath. We couldn't be more pleased with it. It was a big project with the removal of the Roman tub and tile, replacement of the large window, re-stuccoing the exterior wall, prepping for and the installation of the marble, and installing new shower, valves, etc. Your knowledge and professionalism, respect for our ideas and budget, and kindness made this project a very pleasant experience for us.
We especially appreciated that you kept us informed as the project progressed letting us know what was to take place each day and the approximate time to expect workers. You followed up on everything you said you would do. You gave us a time frame for completion, and completed the project within that time frame. You organized your sub-contractors so well that there was little lag time between each phase of the project. We especially appreciated that everyone was so good about taking care not to damage carpets, walls, etc. as debris was removed and equipment and marble were brought into the house. Your attention to detail and comfort were perfect. The shower seat, shelving for shampoos, sliding shower head, and grab bar to accommodate handicapped usage are just what we envisioned. The recirculation system and water heater were great; it is so nice to have instant hot water for those showers!!
We will absolutely recommend you and your company to associates and friends. It has been a pleasure working with you.
